Leveraging the power of science to address corporate challenges

Happy Brains @ Work is a science-based ecosystem of brain-friendly practices that helps organizations unlock innovation, productivity, and performance while building a more humane and mentally sustainable work culture — especially in times of transformation, growth, and change.

By harnessing the latest insights from Neuroscience, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), and the Inner Development Goals (IDG), we empower people to lead with clarity, embrace change, navigate complexity, and respond to challenges in ways that sustain well-being, adaptability, and purpose.

The result? Authentic, future-ready leaders; empowered, sustainable teams; and a work culture that is more resilient, open, engaging, and innovative. A win–win for your people, your business, and the world.

Wanted: more sustainable and brain-friendly work environments

In today’s uncertain and emotionally charged work environment, teams face a new set of challenges. Decisions are no longer straightforward—they often involve competing demands and unprecedented complexity, triggering a storm of emotions our brains were never designed to handle.

Left unmanaged, these emotions don’t just cloud our judgment or erode our calm—they hold us back from making thoughtful decisions, achieving our goals, and becoming the kind of leaders and teams we aspire to be.

Traditional self-leadership models emphasize discipline and willpower, but neuroscience shows that sustainable change requires more than sheer effort. To lead oneself (and others) effectively, it’s no longer about working harder; but about collaborating smarter with our brains—starting with our own.

Teaming up with science

In order to provide you with the most comprehensive, cutting edge, evidence based intervention program on neuroscience and psychological flexibility we teamed up with Philippe Goldin, one of the world's leading neuroscientist within his field, and Viveka Ramel, clinician/ psychotherapist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and other evidence-based therapies. Through an amazing creative process, behind and infront of the camera, while having tons of fun, the concept of Happy Brains @ Work was born.

Order our new book

We are thrilled to announce that our new book FLEX – Working With Your Brain, Not Against It has funally been released. A science-based self-leadership handbook that helps modern leaders and teams deal with one of today's biggest workplace challenges: cognitive overload, the constant mental noise that quietly drains energy, clouds judgment, and keeps us from becoming who we are capable of being.

Mental flexibility - the antidote

The antidote to today’s emotional overload is mental flexibility (also known as psychological flexibility)—the ability to hold our thoughts and emotions more lightly, navigate them rather than be consumed by them, and act on long-term values instead of short-term impulses.

Mental flexibility is quickly becoming a key skill for modern leadership—research shows it's one of the strongest predictors of workplace well-being, performance, and resilience. Leaders who develop this ability stay calm under pressure, build stronger, more resilient teams, and foster a more purpose-driven and sustainable work culture—where well-being fuels long-term success.

Happy Brains @ Work empowers you to future-proof your team with science-backed tools that make well-being a driver of innovation, engagement, and sustainable growth.
